 Join us at Wildfire (3020 Eden Prairie Center, Eden Prairie, Minn.) on Sunday, January 22 beginning at 11 a.m. for our first-ever Bubbles & Brunch event.

Enjoy three courses prepared by Wildfire Executive Chef Tom Gladbach, each paired with appropriate sparkling wines to help “wake up” your taste buds. The day’s menu includes:

First Course

Stuffed Crepes

Apple, Brie and Prosciutto

Featured bubbly: Lunnetta Presecco Brut 

Second Course

House Smoked Salmon

Served on a crispy polenta, topped with a Larry Schultz Farm-raised poached egg and crème fraiche

Featured bubbly:  Cristalino Brut Rose Cava, Spain 

Third Course

Stuffed Brioche French Toast

Peanut butter and banana, pure maple syrup

Featured bubbly:  Orange Grand Marnier Mimosa

Bubbles & Brunch is priced at $30 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
