FRIGHTMARES at BUCK HILL:
13 Nights of Screams and Frights
Burnsville, Minn. (July 18, 2011) --- Frightmares at Buck Hill returns for its third season and 13 freakishly frightening nights beginning on Friday, October 7 and running through Sunday, October 30. This year, in addition to being home to ghosts and ghouls, Frightmares will also be the place to enjoy some of the area’s best live entertainment.
Prepare to be scared as you transcend into the secret “History of the Hill” where there lurks an ancient evil. Over 100 ghouls, goblins and vampires have taken over and are ready to welcome you into their homes…where the dead are their playmates and visitors are their prey...
This full night of frights includes live music, full bar, dining, a bonfire and more haunts that you will never forget, including:
• The Victorian Orchard Manor Dead and Breakfast is hosted by the now-infamous ghoul Hector Cromarty and his deceased wife, Mary.
• The Bellharm-Lovejoy Asylum was established in 1939 as the Bellharm Institute for the Study of the Criminally Insane and shuttered in 1954 after a patient riot. Now open for paranormal investigations, if you dare!
• The Fright Factory – an explosion at the Deville Industrial Paint Manufacturing Plant has resulted in colorful
bio-chemical reaction, best experienced in 3D.
• The Haunted Hollow burial grounds are accessed via Buck Hill’s 800-foot “magic carpet.”
• Scream Scene – an “all ages” zone featuring entertainment each Friday and Saturday
• Kevin Hall’s Magic Show, Roving Monsters
