On Wednesday morning, February 17, Minnesota-native Lindsey Vonn goes for the gold in Vancouver in the best of her five events, the downhill. Vonn’s race with be re-broadcast on NBC between 7:00 and 10:30 p.m. that evening. Gold medal or not, her local legion of fans and supporters are invited to watch the race during a viewing party at Buck Hill in Burnsville, Minn.

In honor of Valentine’s Day, Wildfire will be offering a Three Course Dinner Menu for two priced at $70 for two people, not including beverages, tax and gratuity from Friday, February 12 through Sunday, February 14. This special menu includes your choice of starter to be shared, two individually plated Wildfire signature main courses with choice of side, and dessert to share. Menu favorites include Teriyaki Chicken Breast, Roasted Prime Rib of Beef and Filet Mignon. Wildfire will also be offering their regular dinner menu.
